Insurance


Accepted Plans

At this time, Redwood Family Therapy accepts the following insurance plans:

  • SSM Dean
  • Humana
  • Medicaid (HMOs)
  • Forward Health
  • MultiPlan*
  • Quartz
  • The Alliance
  • Anthem BCBS

* Note: If your health insurance card has the “MultiPlan” designation noted on it, your plan will likely cover our services.


More insurance plans are added often, so please check with us when you call to schedule your first appointment.


We are an out-of-network provider for all other insurance plans.


Out-of-Network Plans

As an out-of-network provider, we go above and beyond to help you prepare the documentation you need to seek reimbursement from your insurer. Therapy is an important investment, and we are here to help make it possible for you or your family to continue with the treatment you need.


Payment

We accept the following payment methods: cash, credit or debit card, or HSA/flex payments. Payment is required at the start of each session and can be made on our secure client portal.


Cancellation Policy

We know that life can become complicated and that schedule conflicts and illnesses may arise from time to time. If you must cancel an appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full cost of the missed session.
